Course

“ Ada Beyi Buğulama ” 1 or 2 largescaled scorpionfish
2 onions
2 potatoes
2 carrots
4 tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 tea cup of olive oil
3 pieces of bay leaf
1 tsp. black peppercorn
1 tsp. salt

Chop up the onions, potatoes, tomatoes and carrots. Add the garlic, bay leaf, pepper, salt and olive oil. Then add the largescaled scorpionfishes and boil for 40 minutes.
